Refund policy

Gama Strong

At Gama Strong, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please read our return and refund policy carefully.

1. Returns Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging

  • The return request must be made within 7 days of delivery

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

Items that do not meet these conditions will not be eligible for return.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Gym wear that has been worn or washed

  • Innerwear, compression wear, or accessories used for personal hygiene

  • Items bought on sale or clearance

  • Gift cards

3. Damaged or Wrong Items

If you receive:

  • A damaged item

  • A defective product

  • The wrong product

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Clear photos or video of the product

  • Your order number

We will review the case and arrange a replacement or refund if approved.

4. Return Process

Do not send items back without contacting us first.

5. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

Cash on Delivery (COD) orders will be refunded via:

  • Bank transfer

  • Store credit (preferred)

6. Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable

  • If the return is due to our mistake (damaged or wrong item), we will cover the shipping cost

7. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. Exchanges depend on product availability.

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  • Then contact us if the issue continues
