  • After processing, orders are handed over to our courier partners

4. Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping may be offered on selected products or promotions

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across Pakistan

  • Please ensure you provide correct phone number and address

  • Our courier may contact you before delivery for confirmation

6. Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Gama Strong is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to:

  • Incorrect address

  • Incomplete details

  • Unreachable phone number

If an order is returned due to customer error, re-shipping costs will be charged to the customer.

7. Delayed or Lost Shipments

  • Delivery timelines are estimated, not guaranteed

  • If your order is delayed beyond the normal timeframe, contact us and we will assist you

  • In rare cases of lost shipments, we will coordinate with the courier to resolve the issue

8. Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged:

  • Do not accept the parcel if visibly damaged

  • Contact us within 48 hours with photos/video proof

We will review the issue and provide a solution if approved.
